Oxley Estate 2005 Verdelho
The 2005 verdelho offers subtle herbaceousness and perfumed/floral aromas followed by mouth-filling flavours of lychees and tropical fruits, with a crisp finish. We use gentle pressing and neutral yeasts to maintain the varietal character. Enjoy with lemon chicken, grilled white fish, shellfish and savoury antipasto.

Oxley Estate 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a wine with real varietal character. The generous palate has flavours of ripe berries, dark chocolate and hints of earth, supported by French oak. It is well-balanced, with good length and fine, well-integrated tannins. Enjoy with osso bucco or lamb roast.

Oxley Estate 2005 Chardonnay
This wine has rich aromas of melon, peach, citrus and tropical fruit. These flavours are enhanced by part-fermentation in French oak and ageing on yeast lees, which adds hints of yeasty/bread and vanilla/toast flavours. This is a modern, crisp style balancing fruit and French oak. It's a full-flavoured wine with great length. Enjoy with baked trout, white meats, nuts and crackers.
